The Authentic Seacoast™ Properties have 20 guest rooms among two lodging venues. Ten luxury guest rooms are located in the historic DesBarres Manor Inn featuring a range of five star amenities including complimentary high speed wireless Internet access. Ten deluxe guest rooms are located in the motel-style lodge at Osprey Shores Golf Resort and feature deluxe amenities including Queen sized Springwall Chiropractic® Sleep System mattresses and porches looking over Mussel Cove. And before and after your meetings, our staff is pleased to arrange recreational activities including golf, fishing, picnics, hikes, East Coast music, volleyball, badminton, swimming, horseshoes, croquet and evening bonfires.

Our wedding planner is delighted to provide you with a tour of our venues so you can visualize your special day in each of our unique wedding venues.
The Authentic Seacoast™ Special Event Venues
The Authentic Seacoast™ Properties have five distinct event venues available for weddings, special events and corporate retreats. The oceanfront vistas of the Osprey Shores Golf Resort peninsula provide a truly remarkable setting for a tented event for up to 500 guests. The historic Clubhouse building has a 1,200 sq. ft. meeting room that will seat 100 at round tables and features a soaring 30 foot sky lit ceiling and windows overlooking Chedabucto Bay. The private dining room in DesBarres Manor Inn can accommodate meetings for up to eight and the dining room can accommodate events for up to 46. The glass-walled board room in the Rare Bird can accommodate groups of up to 12 and the main meeting room that can accommodate up to 80. The Rare Bird can also be booked for special events and can accommodate 180 guests. Complimentary shuttle service is available between the event venues.
